So I’m sitting here venting my irritation at having to do stocktake at work by, well, entering books into Delicious Library. I’m up to Mat’s Star Wars Omnibus, so I hold it in front of TKyn’s camera to scan the barcode and the program beeps and reads out the title, like it always does when it succeeds on a book lookup.

Then, half a second later, a different — male — voice says, “I am your father.”
