The Loki Skin II

So I finally got around to finishing off the legs and touching up the face for that skin of Loki you’ll all hopefully remember I was working on for Second Life. So, without further ado…

So there you go. Obviously I’ve got a bit more work cut out around the groin and waist; it didn’t quite end up lining up like I’d imagined it would, which cut off the bottom of my abs shading. And the groin totally didn’t do what I was expecting so it’s back to the drawing board on the pubes fur.

[ image ]Still, I’m proud of it so far. Hence the whole “sneaking off to a secluded spot to take naked photos of it in lulzy model poses”. Oh I’ve got more, believe you me… (Not naked, though. Honest!)

I’m also mucking around a bit with the way the game renders different genders slightly differently. The left image is Loki’s male bodytype, while on the right it’s her female one. The middle is sexed as female by the game, but is otherwise closer to the male version; it’s the ‘androgynous’ Loki body-type, I guess. It’s interesting to flick between the three shapes to see which one ‘work’s best, though I suspect that’s going to have a lot to do with whatever outfit Loki’s wearing at any one time.

So. Nearly there.

Oh, and do you like my jaunty little EGL hat? It’s from Curious Kitties which is not only absolutely overflowing with awesome veekay clothing, but is also currently hands-down the most beautiful place I’ve walked through. Seriously; go visit this place, if only to look at the decor. It’s well worth it.
