In retrospect, I think the most important thing I ever learnt at university was thrown out as an off-hand comment by one of my politics tutors during a class on Feminism and Globalisation.

I got to a kind of breaking point last weekend. Saturday was great but by Sunday I was saturated in such a feeling of general malaise that even the tiniest things were setting me off. In the end, I decided something had to give.
