Pilaf. Drool.

Oh. My. God.
New favourite food; basic pilaf. Fry some finely minced onions in some butter, throw in some rice, salt and pepper, cover with stock, bring stock to the boil, turn down heat, cover rice, walk away for twenty minutes, come back and… drool. So simple, so delicious.
